Before submitting, please confirm you meet the eligibility conditions below.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- — For a Subscription: request submitted within 7 days of purchase AND zero queries used
- — For a Query Package: request submitted within 30 days of purchase AND zero queries used from the package
Refunds are not available for:
- — Any purchase where at least 1 query has been used
- — "No suppliers found" results
- — Unused time remaining in a subscription period
